" We stayed in apartment Bobeau 4th-11th February 2018. What a week we had. The skiing was amazing, made even better with only a 5 min walk to the grand massif express! Four course meals every day, such a treat and all delicious. Breakfast and afternoon tea also very yummy. We would highly recommend apartment Bobeau and we look forward to another stay with Pure Chalets soon! "

" spent a fantastic week at Chez Bobeau last year with a group of around 20 so it was obvious to consider returning when I was tasked with arranging a skiing trip for 20+ people for a 40+yAmazing University reunion. There were mixed skiing abilities from novice to expert and several non skiers. Samoens is the perfect place for such a mixed group. The non skiers enjoyed the walks, trips to Joux Plan, Geneva, meeting the skiers at 1600m for lunch, and the facilities of the charming town. The skiers enjoyed excellent snow and a great number of varied pistes. Returning to the chalet, as usual, Liz and Andy and their staff were superb and very helpful hosts. The chalet was warm, clean, and comfortable. The food and refereshments were excellent. The games room and hot tub were very welcome and much used. Liz organised very cost effective airport transfers from Geneva. We also had discounted ski lessons and hire due to our hosts local connections. My group enjoyed it so much that they want me to book it again next year. "

" We stayed at Frahans over half term 2019 and were 4 adults and 4 children (13,13, 11 and 9). This is a really lovely chalet and the service provided by Liz and Andy was excellent.
Frahans is very spacious and is a very solid chalet (ie we could not hear the children in every room!). The heated floors downstairs were great (there are thermostats in every room so everyone slept well) and the kitchen is extremely well equipped - really lovely tableware and glasses. Beds are very comfortable with very good quality linen. It's even nicer than the photos suggest!
There is covered parking outside and we walked every morning across the field at the back of the house to the ski hire shop at the lift where we left our skis and boots (we hired the children's ski equipment and were able to leave our own kit with theirs). This usually took 10mins with children, but is absolutely flat and with lovely views so was no hassle.
Ski school meets at the top of the bubble lift and was very easy (we used 360 who were excellent). The ski area is great both on and off piste - Flaine is huge! Some lovely mountain restaurants. We cooked most evenings - slightly more than planned as all restaurants were booked all week due to half term (we would book in advance in future).
The location is great - close to both town and lift. Our 2 13 year olds especially loved the den room on the top floor with a TV/netflix - we loved having an adult space downstairs for a glass of wine before dinner!
We would absolutely recommend Purechalets and Frahans as a place to stay! "
