Day 1
Afternoon tea:	Nut and sultana slices
Starter:	Warm pear and gorgonzola salad with a walnut and balsamic dressing
Main course:	Sausages in red wine with mustard mash
Dessert:	Cheeky chocolate mousses

Starter:	Leek, onion and potato soup
Main course:	Cod baked with avocado, prawns, cream and cheese
